By now, you all know that I’m a big fan of INDULGENT breakfast recipes. I’m not saying that you should go all out for breakfast every day, but once in a while, a delicious, rich breakfast can fix all your life’s problems.
I mean, there’s a reason that these cinnamon roll pancakes broke the internet; it’s because everyone in the world LOVES a good, delicious breakfast. And what’s better than having S’mores for breakfast? Probably nothing.
While kids around the world grew up with S’mores, I did not try it till I was a full-grown adult. Growing up in the Middle East, we never experienced camping, bonfires, or s’mores. And honestly, I was never a big fan of marshmallows, they just tasted like dry pieces of sugar to me, but that’s because I never tried them toasted. Once, I tried toasted marshmallows with melted chocolate and crispy biscuits…that was the day my life changed, and I’ve never looked bad.
Now you already know that I LOVE creating sweet breakfast sandwiches. They are a genius idea – take your favorite sweet flavors and stuff them in between two slices of bread, and there you have it – you can now eat dessert for breakfast. So one fine day, when I was making my S’mores brownies, I got the brilliant idea of creating a S’mores breakfast toastie, and I knew it was going to be great right at that instant.
I mean, gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and biscuits sandwiched between crispy cinnamon sugar bread? There is no way it can go wrong; it can only go right. To tell you the truth, these might be my new favorite breakfast sandwich recipe. Although it’s messy, it’s absolutely delicious and PERFECT for a cold winter morning.
It’s also an amazing option to add to your Christmas breakfast list; your friends and family are going to fall in love with you for this one! But beware, they will start expecting it every Christmas morning; it’s just that good.

How To Make S’mores Breakfast Sandwich
Honestly, this is probably the easiest recipe on this entire website. It requires no mixing, whisking, or blending. This is as easy as it gets. To create the S’mores breakfast sandwich, start by covering one side of both slices of bread with melted butter, then sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top. The butter will help the sugar stick to the bread. Now turn one of the bread slices and add the components for your filling on the non-buttered side, starting with a layer of biscuits, then a layer of chocolate, and finally a layer of marshmallows. Place the second slice of bread on top of the marshmallows, butter side up, and toast on medium-low heat until golden and toasted and the marshmallows are soft and gooey.
Pro tip: Use a non-stick pan and cook on low heat for longer to prevent the sugar from burning while the marshmallow and chocolate melt.
So, are you ready to make your new favorite breakfast? Let’s get started!
PS: I always measure ingredients in grams, never in cups. Using a measuring scale is the only way to bake accurately. Cups are unreliable and can give different measurements, so I suggest you buy a measuring scale before you start baking! If you can’t get your hands on one, you can use the online tools for converting grams into cups; however, I do not guarantee their accuracy.
