This quick and easy little hearts milkshake is the perfect nostalgic refresher for the summer made with only four ingredients – ice cream, milk, cream, and little hearts!

Little Hearts Milkshake

When I was a kid, Little Hearts were my favorite biscuits. I have countless memories of my dad buying me a pack every time he went to the store and happy me enjoying it with a glass of cold milk.

If you grew up in a South Asian household, you probably have countless memories with Little Hearts, too. It’s still one of my favorite cookies; so simple yet so delicious.

This summer, I wanted to use that childhood memory to inspire a nostalgic milkshake, and here we are

It’s literally the simplest thing to make, all you need is four ingredients – vanilla ice cream, liquid cream, milk, and Little Hearts.

I like my milkshakes thick so I add more ice cream and less milk. I also add some liquid whipping cream while blending to make the shake extra thick (an insider bakery tip). You can also use only milk and make it more or less based on your thickness preference.

I like to top my shake with whipped cream and an extra Little Hearts biscuit, but you do you! You can use either a regular blender or a hand blender to make it.

PS: You can sub Little Hearts with any biscuits of your choice and make this shake your own!

Ready to relive your childhood? Let’s get started!

PS: I always measure ingredients in grams, never in cups. Using a measuring scale is the only way to bake accurately. Cups are unreliable and can give different measurements, so I suggest you buy a measuring scale before you start baking! If you can’t get your hands on one, you can use the online tools for converting grams into cups; however, I do not guarantee their accuracy.
